Bids lodged for site of 14-storey ‘eyesore’

DEVELOPERS are queuing up to take over the site of a building in Aberdeen branded as a city eyesore.

More than 10 bids have been made for the site of Aberdeen City Council’s former St Nicholas House headquarters.

Offers of up to £15 million have been lodged for the site of the 14-storey tower block on Broad Street which is due to be demolished.
