Road Sense chairman challenging road scheme at the UK Supreme Court

THE Scottish Government was today due to defend its plans for a major road in Aberdeen.

James Mure QC was to give evidence in court on behalf of Scottish ministers in favour of Aberdeen’s bypass.

Road Sense chairman William Walton is challenging the road as “unlawful” in the UK Supreme Court.
