Warning for drivers in Aberdeen as work starts on major road

DRIVERS were being warned of possible delays as the final part of a three-year project to resurface a main commuter route in Aberdeen starts tomorrow.

Transport bosses hope that the essential work on parts of Aberdeen’s King Street and Ellon Road will prevent major works for years to come.

Signs are already placed, warning commuters about possible congestion during the road works, which will include resurfacing both sides of the carriageway on King Street.
