GOLF development manager Esie O’Mahony grabbed the opportunity of a lifetime to work on the natural landscape at Menie Links.
The first day O’Mahony stepped foot on the site he realised it was something phenomenal.
“I realised I was never going to get an opportunity to work on a piece of land like this again,” said O’Mahony, who joined land management consultants SOL Golf, 10 years ago.
“It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” added O’Mahony, who has remodelled holes at Muirfield, Royal Birkdale, Royal Lytham St Annes and Hoylake.
