HOSPITAL staff in Aberdeen have been told by bosses they face fines if they try to take their cars to work without permission from next week.
The threat comes as NHS Grampian prepares for a massive parking shake-up at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary which includes using hi-tech cameras to monitor visitors.
NHS Grampian said any member of the public or staff breaking the new rules at Foresterhill will face a fine – described as a “civil parking remedy”.
The fines will cost £20 if paid in the first seven days, rising to £40 after that.
