ABERDEEN FC boss Craig Brown today confirmed his budget will not be cut despite the predicted financial crisis following the loss of Rangers from the SPL.
SFA chief executive Stewart Regan warned that Rangers playing outwith the top flight would bring financial “Armageddon” to Scottish football.
There are fears the Ibrox club’s absence from the SPL could leave Aberdeen FC and the Scottish game facing a devastating cash black hole, estimated at £16 million, if they start again in the Third Division. But Brown said: “There will be no cuts to my budget.”
