A DRUG user filmed helping another man inject heroin in broad daylight in an Aberdeen street has been warned he faces jail.
Jason Kuzmicki was arrested after shocking images were published in the Evening Express of the 29-year-old helping another man shoot up.
The disturbing images, which were passed to police by the Evening Express, showed Kuzmicki holding the arm of the drug user steady as he plunged a syringe in.
Kuzmicki, whose address was given in court papers as 18 Willowpark Place, Aberdeen, will be sentenced next month after Sheriff Marysia Lewis deferred sentence for reports.
