Hotel given new lease of life
Mum and daughter reopen Kildrummy Castle Hotel
A HOTEL which shut suddenly has been given a new lease of life.
Claude Scoarnec-Berquier and daughter Elise Schawlb have reopened the Kildrummy Castle Hotel.
The 16-bedroom property closed last November when tenants Frans and Jayne Faber disappeared after being declared bankrupt – leaving 15 people without jobs – but now Mrs Scoarnec-Berquier has taken over the running of the building overlooking the ruins of Kildrummy Castle.
