GRUMBLING prisoners are to be given blinds for cell windows because early morning sunshine is disturbing their sleep.
The Evening Express can today reveal the Scottish Prison Service is to install blinds at HMP Peterhead.
One Peterhead source claimed: “They’ve been moaning that the light coming in the windows in the early hours is waking them up.”
