Spice Girls help launch new West End musical
Viva Forever features Spice Girls’ greatest hits

THE Spice Girls were back together today – but the group resisted the temptation to perform.
Instead the five members, reunited for the first time since 2008, joined forces for the launch of a new musical featuring songs from their back catalogue.
Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Melanie Brown have given their support to the production of Viva Forever.
The West End show has been created by Judy Craymer, the producer behind the ABBA musical Mamma Mia.
Comedian Jennifer Saunders has written the script, which is based around the Spice Girls’ songs but will feature a contemporary story using a TV talent show as a backdrop. It will open in London in December.
