TONNES of passenger items have been seized at Aberdeen Airport during the past year.
More than seven tonnes were confiscated, with items including scissors, knives and hammers, as well as Champagne and malt whisky.
Aberdeen Airport bosses warned that aviation regulations state no liquids, gels or pastes over 100ml can be carried on board in hand luggage.
