WILLIE Miller today admitted he is “devastated” his 30-year association with Aberdeen FC has come to an end.
Gothenburg Great Miller is the most high profile of the five directors to leave as chairman Stewart Milne orchestrates the biggest boardroom shake-up in the club’s history.
Former captain and manager Miller was shocked to be told by Milne on Monday tea-time that his time was up. Miller said: “I’m very surprised and disappointed at the chairman’s decision to end my association with the club.
“It was pretty devastating news to get.”
