Actor still ‘working on becoming’ superhero
BAFTA-WINNING actor Andrew Garfield said he still felt he was “working towards becoming Spider-Man” at the premiere of new superhero movie.
The 28-year-old actor has taken on the role of Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man.
Andrew and his rumoured girlfriend Emma Stone, who plays love interest Gwen Stacy in the film, greeted fans in London’s Leicester Square.
The British actor said: “I want to be Spider-Man but this is as close as I’ll ever get to feeling like I am, unfortunately.
“I’m very happy to be working towards actually being Spider-Man.”
