Firm hired to demolish Aberdeen’s St Nicholas House

THE demolition of an eyesore tower block in Aberdeen is to start next month.
A “soft strip” will take place at Aberdeen City Council’s former headquarters St Nicholas House.
Dismantling firm Safedem will start work – expected to take five months – at the 14-storey Broad Street building on July 2.
