THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge couldn’t resist taking part in the fun during a jubilee visit with the Queen.
William and Kate both had a go at throwing a rocket-shaped foam javelin alongside children from Brockwell School, in Chesterfield.
Melissa Middleton, 11, from the school, was ecstatic to have met the couple.
She said: “Kate was beautiful and William was wonderful.”
Thousands flocked to various parts of Nottingham to see the royals as they continued the tour in the East Midlands.
