Scottish village Dull paired with Boring
Published: 06/06/2012
RESIDENTS of a small Scottish village called Dull are to become a “sister community” with the US town of Boring.
The decision means both places can sell novelty tourist items, get quirky road signs made and plan exchange visits.
The difference in size between Boring in Oregon and Dull in Perthshire meant they could not officially become twin towns.
Boring has a population of 12,000 while Dull is a tiny village.
