Former Aberdeen FC star Grassi is backing Balotelli

FORMER Aberdeen FC defender Davide Grassi today backed Manchester City bad boy Mario Balotelli to lead Italy’s Euro charge.

Italy been drawn in a daunting group alongside Croatia, Ireland and reigning World Cup and Euro champions Spain.

Grassi is convinced controversial striker Balotelli can make a major impact for Italy when the tournament kicks off in Warsaw, Poland, on Friday.
