Canadian man flees after sending body parts in mail

A CANADIAN man suspected of mailing body parts to political headquarters might have fled to France, police have said.

A Montreal police official said they have information that Luka Rocco Magnotta – who reportedly made a video of the killing – might have left Canada for France.

Magnotta, 29, has been added to Interpol’s wanted persons list.
