JUSTIN Bieber has been accused of attacking a photographer.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Robert Wiard said the scuffle allegedly happened when the photographer tried to take pictures of Justin and his girlfriend, teenage actress Selena Gomez.
