Johnny Depp calls flying sex scenes ‘surreal’

JOHNNY Depp has revealed that his love scenes in Dark Shadows were more “surreal” than sexy.

As vampire Barnabas Collins in Tim Burton’s latest film, the star got to grapple with Eva Green in a dramatic and energetic sequence.

“It was more surreal shooting it than it looks on the big screen, because we were on harnesses and flying about all over the room. It was more fun to make than it looks like,” he said.

Eva – who plays witch Angelique – added: “I’m not a big fan of wires, I have to say, so it was not the most sexy scene for me.”
