Spectator throws shoe at mass killer Breivik

THE trial of the Norwegian mass killer Anders Breivik was interrupted today by a spectator who shouted “Go to hell” and threw a shoe at him.

The spectator was reportedly escorted from the Oslo court by security guards.

It was said the shoe hit the chair of one of Breivik’s defence lawyers.

It was the first outburst by a spectator at the trial, where relatives of victims have remained quiet even as Breivik explained his killing of 77 people in a bomb and shooting rampage on July 22 last year.
