‘Aberdeen FC would love to keep Kari Arnason’

CRAIG Brown today admitted he would rather Kari Arnason was not set to bring the curtain down on his Aberdeen FC career.

Icelandic midfielder Arnason is among those set to make their farewell appearances in an Aberdeen shirt when they face St Mirren at Pittodrie on Saturday.

The former Plymouth Argyle player is moving on after turning down a new contract offered to him by Aberdeen FC.
