Man taken to hospital after car lands on side in crash

A DRIVER was taken to hospital in Aberdeen today after a car careered over on to its side in a crash.

The man was the sole occupant of the grey Fiat Punto involved in the crash on the A944 Sauchen to Dunecht road.

Police were called to the scene of the one-vehicle accident which happened about one mile from the Cluny turnoff at about 7.50am.

The injured driver was taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
