Video: Bus driver takes traffic cop on terror ride

A VIETNAMESE traffic cop went on a wild ride in Hanoi, clinging to the windshield wipers of a moving bus.

The policeman held on for nearly a mile – with the bus hitting a top speed of 31mph – after the rogue driver tried to avoid a ticket.

Traffic police 2nd Lt. Nguyen Manh Phan ordered the driver to pull over but Phung Hong Phuong allegedly refused to show his paperwork and drove off.

Phuong eventually stopped and was held for allegedly acting against public officials.
