Man dies in fire at Aberdeen flat

A MAN has died after a blaze broke out in an Aberdeen flat.

An investigation was today under way into the cause of the fire at the ground-floor flat in Aberdeen’s Fonthill Avenue.

Four units from Grampian Fire and Rescue Service were sent to the scene after the alarm was raised, with firefighters taking 45 minutes to put the blaze out.
