Emeli Sande to perform at Scottish Variety Awards

SINGING sensation Emeli Sande is preparing to perform at the Scottish Variety Awards.

The prestigious Scottish Variety Awards event, at Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza Hotel, aims to promote the country’s stars of the future.

Artists will pick up awards in various categories at the ceremony, which will feature a performance by Alford-born singing star Emeli Sande.

Among the special guests will be designer John Amabile, BBC duo Catriona Shearer and Jonathan Sutherland, celebrity chef Andrew Fairlie, Sir Tom Hunter, comedian Sanjeev Kholi and stage and screen star Gavin Mitchell.
