Daniel Radcliffe up for best actor award

DANIEL Radcliffe could be saying goodbye to Harry Potter with an award – after he was nominated for a best actor gong for his role in the last instalment of the hit films, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2.

The star, currently appearing in The Woman In Black, is up against names including Daniel Craig, Ryan Gosling and Gary Oldman at this year’s Jameson Empire Awards on March 25.

Other nominations see The Inbetweeners take on Woody Allen in the battle for best film and Olivia Colman nominated along with Oscar-winner Meryl Streep for best actress.
