BUS bosses were today ordered to “get real” over plans to introduce a £5 day ticket in Aberdeen.
A universal ticket to allow passengers to get on any Aberdeen bus has been delayed after councillors said the public would not accept the cost.
Negotiations between the city operators, including First and Stagecoach, had resulted in plans for the £5 per day ticket.
However, Councillor Kevin Stewart, depute leader of Aberdeen City Council, slammed the whole scheme.
