Workers flee as van swept into harbour

THE ABERDEEN area was recovering today after being lashed by rain and gale-force winds.
Seven times the average daily September rainfall for the region fell in just three hours.
And two workmen had a narrow escape as their van was swept into a harbour by giant waves.
