Aberdeen mum gets pet ban after dog attack

AN ABERDEEN woman whose dog attacked two neighbours has been banned from owning an animal for five years.
Amanda Park’s Staffordshire Terrier bit Fraser Murison and Paula Boyle, on Aberdeen’s Gordon’s Mills Crescent.
Aberdeen woman Amanda Park admitted being in control of the dog and admitted a further charge of carrying a knife in public.
The mum-of-two from Aberdeen was also sentenced to 18 months’ probation and 100 hours’ community work.
Amanda Park, whose address was given as 38 Gordon’s Mills Crescent, Aberdeen, was in the dock with ex-partner Edward Morris.
Edward Morris, 27, whose address was given as 10 Coningham Gardens, Aberdeen, admitted breaking the peace on the Aberdeen street.
Aberdeen man Morris was fined £200 for the offence.
