A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a woman accused of calling Aberdeen fire crews out to deal with a hoax.
Lyn Blain, 25, was alleged to have told Grampian Fire and Rescue Service that a building was on fire at Aberdeen’s Bradley Terrace and a person was trapped inside.
Blain, whose address was listed in court papers as 36 Bradley Terrace, Aberdeen, previously denied making the report on April 19.
She also denied conducting herself in a disorderly manner towards police and biting Pc Craig Scott, of Grampian Police, on the arm on the same date.
A warrant was granted for her arrest when she failed to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
Co-accused Alexander Murison, 29, denies conducting himself in a disorderly manner towards police during the same incident.
Murison, whose address was listed in court papers as 19 Marchburn Avenue, Aberdeen, is set to return to court in February next year.
