TWO men are to face trial accused of attacking a man in Aberdeen.
Carlos Guajardo, 26, and Christopher MacFarlane, 21, were charged with assaulting Andrew Stuart at Aberdeen’s Kerloch Gardens, allegedly punching and kicking his head and body repeatedly.
Guajardo, whose address was listed in court papers as 11 Bon Accord Crescent, Aberdeen, is to face a further charge of having a tyre iron in a public place during the same incident on October 23 last year.
MacFarlane, whose address was listed as 5a Balnagask Crescent, Aberdeen, and Guajardo deny the charges.
They are set to face trial later this month at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
