Man charged with driving at 120mph

A MAN has been charged with driving at 120mph on the A96 Inverurie bypass.

Andrew Elphinstone, 28, was alleged to have driven dangerously on the bypass on June 15.

He made no plea when the case called at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.

The case against Elphinstone, whose address was listed in court papers as Park View, Largue, Forgue, was continued until later this month.
