Theresa Riggi set to face court from hospital

A WOMAN charged with the murders of her three children was this afternoon due at a specially convened court session in hospital.

Theresa Riggi, 46, was expected to appear on petition before a sheriff at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary charged with murdering her twin sons Austin and Luke, eight, and five-year-old daughter, Cecilia.

Theresa Riggi has been at the Edinburgh hospital for almost three weeks after falling from a balcony at the block of flats where her children’s bodies were discovered.
