Susan Boyle picks US mum to record duet

SUSAN Boyle has plucked an amateur US singer from obscurity and offered her the chance to record a duet with her.

The Scottish singer who became an international star after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent, chose mother-of-three Amber Stassi, 33, from thousands of entrants in an online talent contest dubbed Susan’s Search.

Susan said: “I really wanted to give someone the opportunity I had.”
