AN ABERDEEN man has admitted sexually abusing youngsters at a Boys’ Brigade group.

Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard Robin Sharp, 31, used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards one boy aged between nine and 12, and another between nine and 13 between 1993 and 1998.

Sharp, whose address was listed in court papers as 54 Albury Mansions, Aberdeen, admitted the charges.

Fiscal depute Helen Knipe said Sharp was a member of the Brigade and that the incidents “happened almost every week”.

Sheriff Annella Cowan deferred sentence on Sharp until June 24 for reports and put him on the sex offenders’ register.
