PEOPLE in Aberdeen are being given the chance to shape plans for a potential 7,000 homes on the outskirts of the city.
The move came after a consultation on the proposals for Grandhome Estate – north of Danestone – was launched.
The event, which is being held at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC), opened yesterday with a presentation by design team leader, Andres Duany.
The international architect was responsible for Seaside in Florida, a coastal town of 4,000 homes which was used as the set of the 1998 film The Truman Show.
