Christine in Channel charity ski challenge

TV HOST Christine Bleakley completed a gruelling challenge to water-ski across the English Channel today.

One Show presenter Christine Bleakley finished her feat in a time of around one hour and 40 minutes – with a few bumps, bruises and splashes as she fell in the sea along the way.

Christine, who swapped her usual polished glamour for a black head-to-toe wetsuit for the Sport Relief challenge, set off from Dover at 7.46am today.

Christine’s arrival in France was announced on Twitter by the support team, who said: “She has made it.”
