Two men sentenced over assault

TWO Aberdeen men have been sentenced for leaving a man scarred for life in an attack.

Darren McAllister and Scott Morrison previously admitted assaulting Michael Hannah in Aberdeen’s Seaton Drive in January last year.

McAllister, 23, and Morrison, 27, repeatedly punched him and bit him.

The charge also states they repeatedly kicked him on the head and body until he was unconscious all to his severe and permanent disfigurement.

McAllister, whose address was given in Aberdeen Sheriff Court papers as 4 Joss Court, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, was sentenced to two years probation and 240 hours of community service.

Morrison, whose address was given in court papers as 31e Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, was fined £750.
