The men were alleged to have embezzled £3,059 while working as assistant managers at Prohibition bar.

The alleged offences were said to have been carried out on various occasions between November 1, 2008, and April 20 last year.

Coutts, whose address was listed in court papers as 8 Rosewell Park, Aberdeen, and Porter, whose address was given in court papers as 61 Mallard Drive, Peterhead, are set to appear again at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in July.
