Loan star Jim keen to stay with Aberdeen FC

JIM Paterson today told Aberdeen FC manager Mark McGhee that he would like to stay with the club next season.
The 30-year-old signed on loan from Plymouth until the end of the current campaign on transfer deadline day.
And the left-back, who was today set to return from injury and feature at Hamilton, is open to a longer stay at Aberdeen FC .
“I would definitely be interested in extending my stay up here,” he said.
“I have been very impressed by Aberdeen, it really is a massive club.
“I had played in Scotland for a long time and I always knew Aberdeen was a big club but I had no idea just how big it was until I came up here.
“The fanbase is so large and the supporters are so passionate – it really is a massive club.”
