HEARTS have lost their appeal to have Laryea Kingston’s Pittodrie red card wiped out.
The Ghana international was sent off by referee Willie Collum for a high challenge on Fraser Fyvie during their 1-0 victory over Aberdeen FC at the weekend.
Aberdeen FC boss Mark McGhee dismissed claims by Hearts gaffer Jim Jefferies that Fyvie “made a meal of the challenge.”
Kingston will now be suspended for Hearts’ clash away to Dundee United on Sunday.
