FLOODING brought chaos to Aberdeen roads this afternoon.

Traffic heading into Aberdeen from Peterculter on the A93 Aberdeen to Braemar road was caught in major tailbacks because of the heavy rain.

Police were forced to close parts of Countesswells Road and the unclassified route between Aberdeen’s Pitmedden Road and Blackburn.

Officers also said the Kingswells to Cults road was badly hit.
