A CAR was damaged today after it was in collision with a bus in Aberdeen.
The accident, involving a black Honda Accord and the number 21 Altens to Dyce bus, happened on Netherview Avenue, Dyce, during rush hour.
First Bus managing director Bob Dorr said the bus was stationary at a bus stop at the time of the crash.
He said: “A vehicle appears to have collided with the rear of the bus – it seems to have lost control.
“We think the force of the collision was enough to do significant damage to the rear of the bus, which had to be recovered for repair.
“Our driver was shocked but otherwise uninjured.”
There were no passengers on the bus at the time. A Grampian Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said firefighters were called but were not needed.
