Darius wins Popstar to Operastar

POP singer Darius Campbell has been voted the winner of ITV’s Popstar to Operastar contest, beating Bernie Nolan of the Nolan Sisters in a close contest.

Bernie hugged Darius and said: “I’ve had a ball, I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”

Then Darius repeated his performance of Non Piu Andrai from the Marriage of Figaro by Mozart and called out his thanks to the Popstar to Operastar viewers.

Darius earlier performed a duet with Popstar to Operastar judging panel member, the tenor Rolando Villazon.
