Walter out to end his Pittodrie pain
Gers boss looking for first win in Aberdeen

WALTER Smith is determined to end his Pittodrie pain on Saturday.
Since starting his second spell in charge of Rangers in January 2007, the Ibrox boss has not recorded a win in Aberdeen.
His first visit back to the Granite City saw Rangers beaten on the final day of that season to end any chance they had of lifting the league championship.
Following that heartache, Rangers have recorded two draws at the home of Aberdeen FC .
Now Smith hopes he will finally be able to celebrate victory in the North-east.
He said: “Since I have come back to the club we have not had a great deal of success there, so we would hope for better fortune.
“There has been a change of manager at Aberdeen FC this season with Mark McGhee taking over, and I know he will relish a game against us this weekend.
“However, from our own point of view, we just want to keep things going and make sure that we play well.
“We have a decent away record in the league this season, but we recognise that it will be a big test for us up there.
“It’s always a good game up at Pittodrie.
“There is a bit of an edge to the match, and hopefully we can come out on top.”
