Video: ‘Drag queen’ floors thugs in street fight

TWO men were knocked to the ground by a cage fighter in drag after they picked a fight with his friend.

Swansea Magistrates’ Court heard Dean Jonathan Gardner, aged 19, and 22-year-old Jason Andrew Fender plead guilty to using intimidating behaviour or words in the incident.

The court heard the pair confronted a man dressed in hot pants and a pink wig but were then floored by his friend, also in drag. The two men in drag were believed to be cage fighters.

The incident took place in Swansea city centre.

Gardner and Fender were electronically tagged and must carry out a four-month community order and pay costs of £85 each.
